On each site they have different offers, for each offers that a user completes the freebie site gets a commission. Offers are what you have to do to get your account credited. Basically look at the Freebie Sites as a marketing portal for internet based companies. Pending means that he offer you or your referral have done is pending to be credited to your or your referrals account.

If your account is saying Processing it means it has past the Verification stage and the Freebie Site is now Processing your order, normally this can go rather quickly, but some Freebie Sites do monthly batches so if you are unlucky your account may just have been Verified shortly after they have sent out a batch and therefore you might have to wait a month, but then again its almost free so it wont really hurt that much now will it?! STV, follows Processing and stands for Sent To Vendor, meaning your order has been dispatched and are on its way, normally after your account says STV you will have your chosen gift item within a week!

A Conga is what most Freebie Forums has to encourage people to sign up and receive referrals for free. For example, eXceem does have Congas and what you do is that you sign up under the top person for the Freebie Site that you are interested in, you complete one of the offers on the Freebie Site and when you have gone green, and been confirmed by the top person, then you will be added to the Conga and when you are at the top you will be receiving referrals that sign up through your link. Just bare in mind that it might take a while since the top person will stay until s/he has received the allocated amount of referrals, normally 5. But sometimes people do use other methods to obtain referrals, and asks to be removed early.
